The Japanese fashion retailer Nano Universe in Tokyo is all about depicting the moment. We created a special web campaign for their 2013 Autumn / Winter collection. Titled as Nano Second, the concept was to pack a story in a three-minute frozen-in-time film that served as a web catalogue. We thought outside the box to create something beyond the conventional catalogues and showcase the collection and the styling in an innovative, rich expression.
Viewers could not only enjoy the cinematic world but also click on the individual items in the film to see detailed information about them. Our unique approach in its presentation and function was a departure from the traditional picture-based catalogues in print and online. As a result, it won the FWA Site of the Day award and Bronze award under Film Lotus and Interactive Film section at ADFEST 2014.
