Overview

The Victoria & Albert Museum Young V&A (formerly V&A Museum of Childhood) in London is a place to explore and celebrate the world of children. In 2017 and 2018, we directed workshops for children to introduce them to the deep world of design. Design can carry a message in completely different ways, depending on the typography, layout, colour, and graphics. We organised the workshops to give participants an opportunity to explore this fun aspect of design and inspire their creativity. They designed book covers in 2017 and posters to raise environmental awareness in 2018. We were thrilled to see many wonderful works.
